Team Roster Form to sign up for the 2024-2025 Season!

1. The Team Roster Form is typically filled out by the Captain of the GVTL Team.
2. Click here to download the Team Roster Form PDF.
   • In Chrome the file download should be visible in the lower left corner of your browser window.
3. Save the file to a location on your computer you can find. e.g. your Desktop or Documents folder.
4. Open the file with Acrobat Reader.
   • Follow the the instructions on the Form.
   • Save changes.
